Find ideas, not only clips

Start with the episode transcript and mark moments that answer a question, challenge an assumption, tell a story or offer a repeatable process. Each selected moment needs its own complete idea rather than depending on the full conversation.

Give every edit a different job

A week of content should not be five versions of the same excerpt. One Reel can introduce the problem, another can teach the process, a carousel can summarise the framework and Stories can answer the objection that follows.

  • One opinion-led Reel for discovery
  • One practical Reel with a saveable process
  • One story-led clip that builds trust
  • One carousel that turns the lesson into steps
  • One email or article that develops the full argument

Edit for a natural voice

Remove pauses that weaken the point without flattening the speaker’s personality. Use captions for clarity, movement for emphasis and a deliberate opening frame. The edit should make the creator easier to follow, not make them sound like everybody else.
